As part of the capacity-building activities, two summer/winter schools will be held in Cape Verde and Mozambique. The schools will bring together a variety of stakeholders. For these activities tailored teaching and learning materials will be developed which are contextually relevant to the area of implementation and will include elements such as geo-politics, technical, logistical and management aspects of HA, the relationship between topography and infrastructure, gender aspects in climate change and displacement.
