As part of the HUMACT project, field work is foreseen to be carried out by students and under supervision of the educators. Humanitarian Action skills are not merely technical skills but also involve people-centred skills and relationship building. Field work materials to be developed will address these aspects with a focus on community engagement, active listening and cultural sensitivity and awareness.
